Elements are all around us and in us, by recognizing our unique constitution of the elements, we can become aware of what lifestyle, personal and work-life changes, we need to apply, so we feel more grounded and balanced, experience emotional ease, creativity, mental clarity, connection to intuition, energy and inner power to take action and achieve our intentions in life.

I have been studying, training, and implementing different methods through the last ten years and helping other people to balance their life, become aware of their habitual and subconscious barriers, so they can create a life what they love and walk the path towards the freedom that they want to achieve.

I utilize transformational coaching, Akashic Record reading, consciousness coaching, Enneagram psychology, mindset training, intuitive astrology, quantum physics, mindfulness, Reiki healing, Ayurveda health system, Kundalini and Hatha yoga, and other modalities in my work. I also use my experience within business development and finance to support men and women who doubt their purpose & vision move into a place of clarity, inner power & trust by balancing their elements and bringing awareness to subconscious programming that has been stopping them.

The balanced energy of air gives us mental clarity, focus, ease of making decisions, and connecting with our intuition. During the month of air, you will learn:

  • Kundalini yoga for your intuitive center,

Inner Power

Connecting with our inner fire gives us a life force to transform the obstacles and challenges in life, strategize, take aligned actions, and connect with a spark of inspiration and joy. During the month of fire, you will learn:

  • Kundalini yoga for activating your inner power,
  • Kundalini yoga for transforming anger,

Inner Unity

Balancing the elements of space allows us to integrate all other elements, so none of them is dominant, open up to a vast view, and experience unity within. During the month of space, you will:

  • Integrate all elements on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis,
  • Kundalini yoga for connecting with higher wisdom,
  • Deepening your purpose from unity consciousness.
